Saturday came again and I eagerly drove myself to Floral Park for my weekly round of disc 
golf with the gang. Some of the gang is out of town so there were only six of us today. I had the pleasure of playing with Steve and Al on the front 9 and Bill joined us on the back. On hole 13 my drive ended up between 50-60 feet from the basket. I took out my Ion putter and got it stuck in the side of the basket. None of us has ever seen this before. See embedded picture. I have a question out to my experienced DG friends to see if that is actually considered a good shot (birdie). I suspect that it may not be. Good or not it was still an accurate shot and I’m happy with it. I shot even par today with a 59. Of course that’s assuming that my birdie on 13 was good! LOL
I can’t wait to play again tomorrow!
